By using our Service or requesting estimates/services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and Service Agreements
- Estimates are non-binding approximations
- Final pricing requires a signed Service Agreement
- Prices may change for unforeseen conditions or scope changes
- No work begins without a signed Service Agreement
Payment Terms
- Deposit may be required (typically 50%)
- Balance due upon completion
- Late payments: 1.5% monthly interest (or maximum allowed by CA law)
- Customer responsible for reasonable collection costs
Limited Warranty
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects in our installation.
Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Problems from other contractors' work
- Customer-provided equipment issues
- Normal wear and tear
- Force majeure events
Limitation of Liability
- Maximum liability: Amount you paid for the specific services
- Excluded damages: Consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages
- Claim deadline: Claims must be filed within 1 year of service completion
Dispute Resolution
- Written notice of dispute
- 30-day good faith negotiation
- Mediation in Alameda County, California
- Arbitration if mediation fails (AAA rules)
Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to class action lawsuits.
General Provisions
- Governing Law: California law applies
- Right to Refuse: We may refuse unsafe work or non-payment situations
- Changes to Terms: We may update Terms; continued use means acceptance
